  • Content and metadata: videos/projects you upload, titles, descriptions, credits you enter, tags, thumbnails, stills/GIFs you generate, and related project settings (public/private, links, embeds).
  • Usage data: activity on the Platform (e.g., pages viewed, features used, error logs, performance data).
  • Analytics data (your showreels): aggregated metrics such as views, time spent, and interactions (e.g., downloads) when enabled.
  • Payment data: when you subscribe, payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your full card details; we only receive billing status, plan, and transaction references.
  • Communications: messages you send to us (support, access requests) and, if enabled, messages exchanged through the Platform’s inbox.

2) How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • provide and operate the Platform (uploading, processing, hosting, sharing links, embeds);
  • improve performance, security, and reliability;
  • enable features you use (analytics, stills/GIF extraction, website generation, community features when available);
  • communicate with you (service emails, critical updates, support);
  • manage subscriptions, invoices, and fraud prevention.

3) Public vs private content

If you set a profile, showreel, or project to public, you understand it may be accessible through a link, embedded on third-party websites, or visible to other users depending on your settings.

You remain responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to share it.

4) Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep you signed in;
  • remember preferences;
  • measure performance and usage.

5) Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, video processing, analytics, email delivery, payment processing) strictly to operate the Platform and under appropriate safeguards.
